Where can I buy 50mm insulation?

I’ve been thinking about improving insulation in a few areas of my house, especially in the internal walls and maybe under the flooring, but I don’t want to go too thick because space is somewhat limited. At the same time, I still want a noticeable improvement in thermal efficiency and comfort, not just a minimal upgrade. Do you think something like a mid-range thickness could actually make a difference without requiring major changes?

Yeah, that’s actually a really good approach, and from what I’ve seen 50mm insulation is often used in exactly these situations because it offers a solid balance between performance and practicality. I was looking into options myself and found this thickness right in the middle of my research, and it helped me understand how this thickness fits into walls, floors, and ceilings without taking up too much space. It’s thick enough to reduce heat loss and improve comfort, but still easy to install in standard structures without complicated adjustments.
