We want you to love our creations. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase for a replacement or refund within 10 days of receipt, subject to the conditions below.

Refunds apply only to the item(s) value; shipping costs are non-refundable.

If exchanging an item, you will be responsible for the new shipping cost.

All items must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

Personalised and custom-made orders are non-refundable due to the nature of the order.

Returns are only accepted for non-personalised/non-custom items that arrive undamaged.
Important: Do not return any item(s) without first contacting us at hello@oneparadise.co.uk.
Unauthorised returns will be 100% the customer’s responsibility, including any fees, damages, or losses.
Returns & Refunds Policy Tights and Thongs
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds on tights and thongs that have been opened or tried on.
If you change your mind, you may return tights or thongs only if they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Please ensure the security seal (if applicable) remains intact.
To return an item, please package it carefully, include your delivery note, and a brief explanation of the reason for return. Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or sent in error, in which case we will cover the postage.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund or exchange according to your preference.
Personalised & Custom Orders
As all personalised and custom-made items are uniquely crafted, they are non-refundable unless faulty or if an error was made on our part.
If you believe your personalised item is faulty, please contact us at hello@oneparadise.co.uk within 10 days of receipt. Do not send any items back without prior approval, as this may delay the process or result in additional costs.

We strongly recommend using tracked/recorded delivery, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
