It makes sense to want better results from training, but I’d be careful with anything marketed as a “performance enhancer.” A lot of products online promise too much, and not all of them are safe or properly checked. From my experience, the biggest improvements usually come from a solid training plan, enough food, protein, sleep, and recovery. Basic supplements like creatine or protein powder can be useful for some people, but anything stronger should really be discussed with a qualified doctor or coach first.
