The North Mid Values Booklet, which highlights the core values of caring, fairness, and openness within the organisation. The goal was to create a clear, approachable layout that makes the content engaging and easy to read. Each section of the booklet aligns with North Mid’s vision and “True North” ambitions, using clean typography, structured layouts, and a welcoming colour palette.

Throughout the design, I used visual cues and concise text to reinforce the organisation’s commitment to inclusivity, staff development, and patient-centered care. This booklet serves as a valuable guide for staff, showcasing North Mid's dedication to its community and its people.
